JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to provide a full range of intake, scheduling, follow-up and clerical support services for the Behavioral Health Department.    The Behavioral Health staff provides Mental Health Counseling, Substance Use Disorder Counseling, Group Counseling, Psychiatry Services, Psychological Testing, Case Management and Integrative Behavioral Health.

  1. Serves as the information and communication hub for the Behavioral Health Department.  Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, screening and directing patients to appropriate staff.   2. Maintaining Behavioral Health Provider schedules.   Scheduling patient appointments according to need. Checking patients in and out of appointments.  Evaluating eligibility and Alternate Resource status and making referrals as necessary.  Managing appointment reminders, assisting patients in completing necessary forms.
  3. Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic records and documents, including distribution and communication of required data and information using telephones, postal mail, fax and email.  This includes creating and maintaining a paperless environment to the extent possible and maintaining departmental files.
  4. Manages department projects and maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel, taking minutes of meetings, collecting data and creating reports, brochures, flyers, etc.
  5. Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by respecting and maintaining the privacy and dignity of patients, assuring client confidentiality at all times.
  6. Responsible for the readiness of all common areas of the department for each working day, and have all front desk activities fully operational at the start and end of business hours.

JOB SUMMARY:

Organizes and coordinates all monthly Special Events: Big Time, Stick Horse Rodeo, Graduation, etc. Coordinates field trips: transportation, permission slips, etc. Responsible for input and upkeep of the child and family data base (Child Plus). Responsible for creating all Child Plus reports as needed.
  5. Organizes and coordinates guest speakers/volunteers for the classroom activities; CHP safety, annual reading challenge, etc.
  6. Create and distribute monthly informational newsletter to families.
  7. Schedule Netfacilities maintenance and submit documentation to safety coordinator. I.E. fire drills, shelter in place, bus evacuation drill, etc.
  8. Responsible for assigned clerical/secretarial duties. i.e. DOC STAR, copying, filing, sorting, mailing, inventory, ordering supplies, etc.
  9. Responsible for input and upkeep of family and staff contact information in One Call database. Including annual updates to “subgroup” names and affiliates.
  10. Responsible for assisting families in connecting to the Class Dojo platform. Ensure monthly distribution of program information and resources is clear and understandable to a diverse audience.
  11. Communicate and coordinate security needs with Program Manager and Human Resources Director monthly.
  12. As mandated, identify and report suspected child abuse to proper authorities following established guidelines. Ensures safety of children at all times.

Assist in parent orientation as it relates to program policies, parents fees, etc.

  1. Follows the Code of Ethical Conduct as established by the NAEYC in interactions with staff, children, parents and others in the community.
  2. Immediately reports to Head Start/Child Care Program Manager any unsafe or disruptive behavior or situation.
  3. Arrange child care for Tribal General Membership meetings; arrange food and activities.

Behavioral Health Case Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Behavioral Health Case Manager will work directly with Behavioral Health patients and staff to effectively link patients to social services and treatment options. The Case Manager will help patients navigating the healthcare system by providing case management, care coordination, outreach, support and linkage to care .

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work.
2. Documented experience working in a mental health related field.
3. Preferred experience in evaluating patient eligibility and Alternate Resources status.

9. Maintains accurate and timely documentation, records, and case files in the NextGen system.
10. Manages and communicates lab results, referrals, and medication issues between providers and patients via clinical tasking.
11. Ensures follow up with patients regarding missed appointments and medication requests.
12. Rooms patients and records vital signs.
13. Reviews patient daily schedule for controlled medications and performs urine screenings for patients who are on controlled medications per DEA guidelines
14. Completes prior authorizations and appeals for patient medications.
15. Develops and maintains knowledge of a community-based network of alternative modes of care; aids clients to connect with community-based organizations to support and enhance wellness.
16. Answers and triages department calls, and distributes department referrals with guidance, in accordance with identified department service levels.

Limited Scope X-Ray Technician/ Medical Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

The limited X-ray Technician performs diagnostic x-rays within their licensure for patients of all ages as directed by physician. Assumes responsibility for accuracy under the direction of the radiologist; works effectively with patients and other clinic personnel. Assists health care providers in the delivery of outpatient health care to patients.

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. XT X-Ray Permit/License in torso, extremity, chest and digital imaging required.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  1. Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and protects patients, self, and other staff from radiation hazards.
  2. Take X-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety, which involves setting up and operating radiographic equipment used in the medical diagnosis and/or treatment of patients.
  3. Position patients and performs X-rays of specific parts of the patients’ body as ordered by the medical provider.
  4. Process film and performs visual inspection of image for exposure factors (contrast, density, etc.) to ensure technical quality of digital image.
  5. Distribute X-ray to appropriate medical staff.
  6. Gathers pertinent previous studies, films, and patient documentation to submit to Radiologist for interpretation.
  7. Maintains radiological film files and storage, pulls X-Rays as required for referrals and/or copying.

  9. X-ray technician/Medical Assistant will float as needed between health centers based on staffing and operational needs
  10. Assist with the initial intake of patients to the health clinic, which includes verification of check-in procedures, review of medical screenings, timely rooming, obtaining vital signs of patients, confirms chief complaints/reason for visit; reviews patient medical history, allergies, medications and confirms information in Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  11. JOB SUMMARY:

Develop, implement and maintain an independent audit for review of Gaming
Operations utilizing the current audit procedures manual. This position will administer an Audit Plan to evaluate compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for the review and investigation of any and all incident reports from security and/or surveillance.

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A High School diploma, or the equivalent thereof, is preferred
  • Must have knowledge of National Indian Gaming Commission Internal Controls.
  • Redding Rancheria Gaming Ordinance Tribal/State Compact.
  • Heavy reading and report writing skills.
  • ABC Laws and regulations.
  • Position requires periods of frequent walking, observing and assessing activities of the Casino.

1. Develop, implement and maintain an independent Audit Program for the Gaming Commission’s Compliance Audit Plan utilizing the current audit procedures manual.
2. Select, verify and analyze transactions for audit projects based on defined criteria.
3. Verify policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable Federal, State and Redding Rancheria Laws, Rules and Regulations.
4. Review transactions, documents, records, reports and methods utilized for accuracy and effectiveness.
