  • Responsible for conducting new employee benefit orientation. Responsible for keeping orientation material current and effective on-going communication with new employee during their trial-service period.
  • Responsible for 401k plan sponsor activities. Ensures 401k employee records are accurate and current. Processes employee loans, hardships and distributions. Makes employee changes in Tribal payroll system in accordance with current retirement polices.

  • Designs and implements human resource processes as warranted to meet changing needs.
