Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and the Sr. Director of Human Resources the Human Resources Supervisor will perform and lead the routine functions of the Human Resources Generalists including hiring and interviewing employees, oversight of new employee orientation, performing background checks, and enforcing company policies and practices. Provides supervisory support to the Human Resources Generalists.

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and Sr. Director of Human Resources, this position develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Oversees the daily workflow of the Human Resources Generalists.

9. Performs background screening interviews when applicable.

11. Oversees and performs the facilitation of six-month probationary period/ Trial Service evaluations.
12. Develops and assists with updating the most applicable and relevant interview questions for all Redding Rancheria positions.

14. Creates internal documents pertaining to employee changes such as schedule changes, budget codes alterations, campus transfers etc. Coordinates with supervisors to acquire appropriate approval for changes (in accordance with internal policy) and facilitates the implementation of approved changes into the HRIS system.
15. Completes employee separation of employment procedures according to legal and internal policy standards. This includes coordination with payroll to process and issue final checks with accuracy.
16. Ensures HR compliance for accreditation on a regular basis.
17. Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
18. Works closely with the HR Manager to oversee, facilitate and develop the Tribal Youth Employment Program.

ECE Teacher Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Informatics the Quality Improvement Manager (QIM) plays a vital role in developing and managing the continuous quality improvement and quality assurance programs within the Redding Rancheria Tribal Health System (RRTHS). The Quality Improvement Manager manages the performance of health center quality improvement activities, provider quality reviews, establishes and monitors quality improvement goals, and organizes outcomes research. This position is an integral part of improving overall clinical quality measures and will oversee the development of clinical and operational reports; clinical compliance with HEIDS / GPRA measures and regulatory requirements to enhance patient outcomes and meet organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a healthcare related field.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • State RN licensure or a License in healthcare field preferred.
  • 4 – 5 years’ healthcare experience. 1-4 years’ quality improvement experience.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Certified professional in healthcare quality preferred.

  • Serves as the Quality Improvement Coordinator for the Redding Rancheria Tribal Health System (RRTHS).
  • Performs ongoing monitoring of QI measures and identifies areas of opportunity in data quality and clinical, non-clinical and operational performance.
  • In collaboration with QI committee and under the direction of the Quality Improvement Manager develops, implements and monitors QI activities/campaigns for RRTHS.
  • Develops business cases for identified QI ideas or projects and presents to the quality team.
  • Works with clinical staff to optimize use of the EHR to ensure data quality.
  • Coordinates new and existing employee trainings with the training department and managers related to quality initiatives, under the direction of the QI Manager and/or assigned Director.

  • Performs concurrent and retrospective case reviews.

  • Provide patient education during outreach calls as it relates to quality improvement activities (which may include, but not limited to: Encourage compliance with preventative and chronic disease management services; provide reminders to patients on upcoming preventive health screening appointments; educate patients on the importance of routine health visits).
  • Assist with QI team meetings- may include organizing meeting agendas, meeting minutes and other necessary documentation as assigned.
  • Analyze data collected for Performance Improvement initiatives, tracks, trends, and prepares information to submit to appropriate committees.
  • Attends and facilitates quality topics at different all staff meetings, department meetings and QI committee meetings as assigned under the direction of assigned supervisor/director.

JOB SUMMARY:

 Perform a wide variety of complex secretarial and administrative duties under the direct supervision of the Cultural Resources Program Manager.

 

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in cultural matters
  • Demonstrated office/clerical experience.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures, including Microsoft software programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time to monitor cultural sites.
  • Must be able to pass a step-test. To ensure ability to participate in monitoring and identifying cultural sites.
  • Must be fingerprinted and pass background check.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Indian preference.

  •  Organize work effectively to meet critical administrative deadlines.
  • Organize and tracks department directionals.

JOB SUMMARY:

 Performs a variety of general cleaning and custodial work.

  • Check-in patients for Health Care Services, such as but not limited to, Family Practice, Urgent Care, Labs, and Registration.
  • Gather information from the patient to complete Alternate Resource filing and/or registration.
