  3. Enter referral data, and insurance information into EHR..

  6. Request medical records/other additional information from outside healthcare facilities.

Dental Admissions Specialist

Psychiatry Lead Case Manager

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Psychiatry Lead Case Manager. The preferred schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Psychiatry Lead Case Manager will be responsible for training new case managers and providing daily oversight to the Case Management Team in conjunction with the Behavioral Health Director. Oversight includes but is not limited to, guidance related to service delivery and documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, appropriately managing caseloads, and coordinating work schedules. The Psychiatry Case Manager Lead will work directly with Behavioral Health patients and staff to effectively link patients to social services and treatment options. The Case Manager Lead will help patients navigating the healthcare system by providing case management, care coordination, outreach, support and linkage to care.

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work.
  2. Documented experience working in a mental health related field.
  3. 4-years case management experience.
  4. Experience in evaluating patient eligibility and Alternate Resources status.

10. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the NextGen EHR to support regulatory requirements, billing accuracy, and high-quality clinical data.

11. Oversee lab results, medication issues, and referral updates, ensuring rapid communication between providers and patients through clinical tasking workflows.

12. Conduct timely follow-up for missed appointments, medication requests, and ongoing patient concerns to reduce care gaps and improve treatment adherence.

13. Collect detailed patient histories, obtain routine vital signs, and document findings to support clinical decision-making and diagnostic accuracy.

Responsible for administration, research and coordination of new funding sources such as local, state, and federal grant opportunities for the Redding Rancheria. This position will serve as the central contact for grant application process and works directly with departments and the Redding Rancheria entities to gather required information to coordinate and write grant applications to obtain funding to develop tribal programs. Assists departments and program managers to ensure that all tribal policies, and grant reporting requirements are met in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, creative writing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of two years of grant writing and/or grant management experience.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting environment; accounting experience in a governmental environment preferred.

JOB SUMMARY:

The physical therapy aide position includes considerable clerical duties and clinic up-keep responsibilities. The physical therapist aide must have physical stamina, patience, and patient focus to work effectively under the direction of the physical therapist to help patients regain and optimize movement after injury, illness, or medical procedures. The PT Aide supports physical therapy care delivery by assisting with tasks related to patient care, clerical responsibilities, and clinic safety.

  13. Observe patients during treatment to compile and evaluate data on patients’ responses and progress, and report to physical therapist.
  14. In completion of patient visit, secure scheduling and escort (if necessary) from clinic.
  15. Confer with physical therapist to discuss patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment.
  16. Ensure operation of physical therapy equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment, and requesting repairs.
  17. Maintain physical therapy supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  18. Serve and protects the clinic community by adhering to professional standards and adhering to federal, state, and local requirements.
