Redding Rancheria is seeking a Tribal Receptionist. This position will Greet and direct visitors, answer telephones, perform general clerical work and provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients and visitors. This position serves as the first point of contact with visitors and customers.
Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional professional office and telephone etiquette and pleasant demeanor is required.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Effective speaking and listening skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and exhibit high levels of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Indian preference applies
- Must be fingerprinted and pass background check.
