Redding Rancheria is seeking a Director of Admissions and Telemedicine. Director of Admissions and Telemedicine is responsible for managing and planning the telemedicine and admissions operations across all campuses for the Redding Rancheria Tribal Health System. This involves evaluating and setting the goals and standards of the department. The Director of Admissions and Telemedicine will provide inspirational leadership in all admissions, telemedicine and customer service matters within our Tribal Health System. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, and direct the overall operations of the Admissions and Telemedicine Departments, in accordance with all best practices and regulations that govern our facilities. Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Health Services, the Director will ensure that the highest degree of quality care and customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. As a leader in the Tribal Health System, the Director must create a collaborative team environment through active, participative and inspirational leadership.
Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years leadership experience required
- Problem solving and performance improvement skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relative educational degree required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be fingerprinted and pass background check.
- Indian preference.
