Admissions Specialist

Redding Rancheria is seeking a full-time Admissions Specialist. The Admissions Specialist will update patient information (including Alternate Resource information). Assist patients in obtaining a State or Federal program for an Alternate Resource. Complete all forms through scheduled appointments and walk-ins. No supervisory responsibility.

Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior data entry experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a medical setting preferred.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be fingerprinted and pass background check.
  • Indian preference.

Medical Office Supervisor

Redding Rancheria is seeking a Medical Office Supervisor. Responsible for the administrative oversight of all employees and supervision of administrative staff to enhance quality of care at the Central Valley Healthcare Center.

Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years working as an Office Supervisor in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Knowledge of CPT Codes
  • 5 years’ experience with NextGen EHR software
  • Considerable knowledge of computer orientations, networks and E.H.R software
  • NextGen Certified and trainer
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be fingerprinted and submit to background screening
  • Indian preference
