Recovery Director

Redding Rancheria is seeking a Recovery Director. The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and implementing outpatient recovery services, clinical activities, and staffing to ensure program compliance with contracts and licensing regulations for the Recovery Program. The Program Director sets the clinical tone, utilizing trauma-informed, gender-responsive, evidence-based, and harm reduction approaches. Coordinates with other departments within and outside of the agency to ensure that client needs are being met in support of health and recovery

Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

At least 4 years’ experience providing recovery health services and oversight for diverse communities.
4 years management/supervisor experience in a fast paced medical practice or hospital system.
