Incumbent is responsible for the provision of data entry, technical assistance, performance and support services to the Clinic. To promote, maintain and/or enhance Quality Improvement systems. Such activities include, but are not limited to, promoting teamwork and team effectiveness; monitoring program effectiveness; preparation audits, studies and assisting to have an effective outcome driven Quality Improvement Program. Works under broad established parameters. Work is subject to review by the Executive Director of Health Services.
REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Medical Assistant certificate or higher education required.
-Perform audits and QI activities for programs. Assist all departments in organization and completion of QI initiatives.
-Valid California Driver’s license. Individual must be insurable by Tribe’s automobile insurer.
-Position requires occasional overnight travel.
-Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
-Indian preference.
All certifications, credentials/ licenses, education verification /degrees and/or transcripts, and Indian verification are required to process your application. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. All employees are required to submit to a Tuberculosis test (TB) test after they are hired in addition to being tested annually.
